But what’s the difference between the two award-winning formulas, and which one should you choose? We've broken it all down to help you find the perfect blush for you. Read on to find out more.

- Long-lasting colour. Our Watercolours are water-resistant and rub-proof. You’ve got some working time to apply them, but once they set, they don’t budge, and there’s no need to set them with a powder.

- Easy, bespoke colour. Mix a few shades on the back of your hand to create the perfect, custom shade for you.

Pick Watercolour Gel if:
- You want sheer colour with an ultra-natural, flattering finish with a slight sheen.
- You aren’t confident applying the liquid blush, or find that liquids are too runny or pigmented.
- You’re on the go. Watercolour Gel Blush can be applied quickly and easily with just your fingers, and it’s easier to control than a liquid.
- You want a multi-purpose product. The Watercolour Gels can be used on lips too, which means one fewer item in your makeup bag.
- You’ve got dry skin. Our Watercolour Gel is enriched with Vitamin E to soothe and protect, and Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate

Choose Watercolour Liquid if:
- You want more choice. Watercolour Liquid Blush is available in 16 shades (plus there’s 8 illuminators and a bronzer too) so you can be sure there’s a shade to suit you. With matte, shimmer and satin finishes, you can find the perfect blush to suit your mood, whether you want a dewy-fresh finish or to give cheeks a touch of sparkle.
- You want to achieve a more sculpted look. While you can apply Watercolour Liquid with your fingers, applying it with a brush gives a much more professional finish.

Top tips when working with liquid, gel or cream blushes
Liquid, gel and cream products (be them blushes, bronzers or highlighters) layer beautifully over liquid or cream foundations, but don’t sit very well on top of powder formulas. We don’t recommend wearing our Watercolours over powder foundation or mineral makeup. It’s fine to wear powder products on top, so if you want to wear a bronzer, contour or other powder, Daniel advises applying your liquid or gel blush first.
