We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery. All images of products on this site are purely for graphical representation only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, we accept no responsibility for inaccurate images of products or images differing from actual products received.
Placing an order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Add to Bag" or "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.
When ordering from our sample service, you will receive a ONLY 1ML of product in a 3ml bottle - the bottle will NOT be full.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit order” on the final page of our ordering process.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course you have the right to cancel your order before despatch, however we do try to process orders for same-day dispatch so you will need to be quick about it. If you are too late, and your order has already been dispatched you can of course return it to us for a refund. Acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
If an item is out of stock, the website will not let you order this item. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon payment for the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please remember that once we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, including delivery, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund any sum paid by you.
All our prices are in UK pounds. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Payments are handled externally and you may choose between Barclaycard CPI or Paypal.

Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Daniel Sandler Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
All orders are subject to our own security and verification procedures. Daniel Sandler Ltd reserves the right to withhold any order that has failed to be verified.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable merchandise and we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday, or in the case of a bank holiday Monday, despatch will be on the Tuesday. (Please see Christmas 2013 shipping information below)
Should you require a faster delivery service you may select alternative delivery options at "checkout" prior to confirming your order.

- Free UK delivery - First Class recorded delivery (3-7 working days) on orders where goods are to the value of £25.00 or more (including VAT but excluding delivery charges)
- UK Courier Delivery (Guaranteed next WORKING day) £7.50 Only available when ordering before 2pm Monday-Thursday. NB deliveries are NOT made at weekends, or on National or Bank Holidays.
All UK orders are RECORDED and this delivery service requires a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but if we cannot do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order. If you do so we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable delay.
We offer a refund on any faulty products.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email, fax or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition, any free gift included with purchse must be returned in order for the refund to be processed.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 14 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
To return an item to us, please use the returns form that was included in the documentation you received with your order. Please include your details including your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. You should return products to Freepost RSUZ-JKEY-GLGX, Hammer Holdings Warehouse, Unit 5, 3 St Leonards Road, London NW10 6SX, UK enclosing the returns form. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation. If you return a complete order for a refund which has included a free gift, the gift must be returned in order for the original invoiced amount to be refunded.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning products.

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
